Although the wooden frames and structural features of the ship have long since disappeared, a major concentration of
cargo was found at one end of the site.
This area, where a large portion of the ship's contents appeared to
have been deposited, was clearly defined and probably represents the final resting place of the vessel. Within
the area, assorted items of cargo were identifiable as trade goods, including knives, thimbles, needles, glass beads,
pewter items, paste jewelry, and religious ornaments.
