MAHS and the Floating Drydock HM Bermuda

The dock measured almost 400 feet in length, 125 feet in width, and was nearly 75 feet deep. Designed to service the largest vessels afloat,
the drydock was capable of lifting ships of up to 10,000 tons displacement.

One of the structure's unique features was its U-shaped cross-section, which allowed it to be self-careening. The compartments on one side would be flooded
separately, raising the opposite side out of the water.
